Bikinis & swimwear
Due to hygiene reasons, return requests must be submitted within 2 hours of delivery. A clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory for all return requests. Customers may also be asked to provide a clear condition video before pickup. Refunds will only be initiated after the item has been returned, inspected, and approved.
Items that show signs of wear, damage, stains, odors, washing, or missing tags may not be eligible for return.

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
All returned items are subject to quality inspection upon receipt. Refunds will only be processed after the returned item has been received and approved by our team.
This does not apply to swimwear and bikinis.
