Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Special Return Policy for Bikinis & Swimwear
Due to hygiene, quality-control, and product protection reasons, all bikini and swimwear purchases are subject to the following conditions in addition to our standard return requirements.
Return Request Window
All return requests for bikinis and swimwear, including but not limited to:

Size and fit issues

Style or preference concerns

Damaged or defective items

Incorrect items received

Missing items

Any other return-related concerns
must be submitted within 2 hours of the delivery time recorded by the shipping carrier.
Any return request submitted after the 2-hour period will not be eligible for return, exchange, store credit, or refund, except where required by applicable law.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
A continuous, unedited unboxing video is mandatory for all return requests.
The video must clearly show:

The sealed outer package before opening.

The shipping label.
-
The package being opened.
-
The complete contents of the order.
-
The condition of each item received.
Failure to provide a valid unboxing video may result in the return request being denied.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, the bikini or swimwear item must:

Be unworn and unused.

Be free from stains, makeup marks, perfume, deodorant, odors, or any signs of wear.

Have all original tags attached.
-
Include all original packaging and hygiene liners.

Be in the exact condition in which it was delivered.
Pre-Pickup Condition Verification
Before a return pickup is approved, customers must provide a clear condition video of the product.
The video must:

Be recorded in proper lighting.

Clearly show the front, back, inside, tags, hygiene liners, and overall condition of the item.

Be recorded immediately before pickup.
Grae reserves the right to request additional photos or videos if necessary.
Inspection & Refund Approval
Approval of a return request does not guarantee a refund.
Once the returned item has been picked up and received by Grae, it will undergo a quality inspection.
Refunds will only be initiated after:

The item has been successfully returned to Grae.

The inspection confirms that all return conditions have been met.

The item is approved by our quality-control team.
If the returned item does not meet the requirements outlined above, the refund may be denied and the item may be returned to the customer.
Right to Refuse Returns
Grae reserves the right to refuse any return, exchange, or refund request if:

The request is submitted more than 2 hours after delivery.

A valid unboxing video is not provided.
-
The product shows signs of use, wear, washing, alteration, or damage after delivery.

Any required photos or videos are not provided.

The product fails inspection upon return.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
