At grae, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

  • During launches, drops, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.


2. Shipping Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines within India:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–8 business days

  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Courier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Operational issues

  • Regional restrictions

  • High order volumes

grae is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners after dispatch.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

  • grae may offer free shipping during promotions or above certain order values.

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Express shipping

  • Remote area delivery

  • Re-attempted deliveries due to customer unavailability


4. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, customers will receive a tracking ID and courier details.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to reflect after dispatch.


5. Failed Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners may attempt delivery multiple times.

If:

  • The customer is unavailable

  • The OTP is not shared

  • The phone number is unreachable

  • The address is incomplete or incorrect

the shipment may be marked as failed or returned to origin (RTO).

grae reserves the right to deny future Cash on Delivery (COD) orders for repeated failed deliveries or refusals.


6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing:

  • Correct name

  • Complete shipping address

  • Landmark details where necessary

  • Valid contact number

grae will not be responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.


7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD may be available for selected locations.

grae reserves the right to:

  • Restrict COD access for certain pincodes

  • Request prepaid payment for suspicious or high-risk orders

  • Cancel COD orders that appear fraudulent

Customers must make payment in full at the time of delivery.


8. International Shipping

Currently, grae may or may not offer international shipping depending on operational availability.

For international orders:

  • Delivery timelines vary by destination

  • Customs duties or import taxes, if applicable, must be paid by the customer

  • grae is not responsible for customs delays

For international shipping inquiries, contact us before placing your order.


9. Lost, Damaged, or Tampered Packages

If your package arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Opened

  • Tampered with

please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos/videos of the package

  • Clear explanation of the issue

Claims made after extended periods may not be accepted.
